Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and application data on the basis of consent and our legitimate interest in recruitment. We do not profile, and we do not sell data.
Data subject rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are available, together with the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests are honoured without undue delay and within one month.
Processors & Article 28
Processors act under written agreements meeting Article 28 GDPR. A current list is provided on request, with prior notice of material changes.
Transfers
Where data leaves its region of origin, we rely on an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
